Screen and qualify potential applicants and show property.
Process and complete rental applications.
Run credit report.
Review applications with Owner.
Once applicant approved, prepare and execute Lease/Rental Agreement.
Collect move-in amount in certified funds.
If managing the property, move-in funds will be used to open new checking account.
