EXPLANATION OF LEASING SERVICES  
  • Place sign in front of property.
  • FREE advertising services including multiple internet websites, and multiple listing services.
  • Screen and qualify potential applicants and show property.
  • Process and complete rental applications.
  • Run credit report.
  • Review applications with Owner.
  • Once applicant approved, prepare and execute Lease/Rental Agreement.
  • Collect move-in amount in certified funds.
  • If managing the property, move-in funds will be used to open new checking account. 

EXPLANATION OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  • Open business checking account in the name of the property
  • Collect monthly rental income and any other outstanding balances due.
  • Pay monthly expenses from property checking account.
  • Generate monthly accounting reports and viewable online.
  • Generate 1099’s annually.
